School has elegantly built tennis, Ball Badminton, Tennikoit, Volley ball and other game courts. Students are sorted out in accordance with their choice of games and are given world class training by trained P. E. T teachers who are national level players in various games.
All medical aids are also readily available to the children involved in game activities. Play courts are nearly under completion.
Club activities are highly encouraged among students every week in order to bring out the best potential dormant in each child.
Students can learn in one of seven areas: Creative Writing, Instrumental Music, Visual Arts, Theater, Dance, Vocal Music and string and key board learning. Students may also learn group discussions, participate in debates and simulation programs and quiz programs. Such activites should bring the communication skill of the students to a much higher level.
Appreciation of arts is the first step to learn and master it. The Vijay Studio is a studiously conceived concept of promoting appreciation and mastering of arts in all forms to have the holistic development of personality. Our in-built ECA caters vocal music (Carnatic & Western), Instrumental music, Classical dance (Bharathanatyam), art and craft with dedicated doyens in the discipline. All these come free of cost or without any additional fee to the students.
The Sri Vijay Vidyalaya Group of Institutions is conducting an open ‘Kala Utsav’ every year to recognize and honour the talent, expanding its boundaries to other schools of Dharmapuri and Krishnagiri. The art extravaganza invites budding music and dance enthusiastics to perform and honour them appropriately.
A Vijay Sports School of Excellence has been mooted to reckon with the students whose cup of tea is Sports and Games. Whether it is for higher education or job hunting, certificates and medals in sports and games is given a special weightage. Many of our students have got free seat in the leading engineering and other colleges on this ground.
To encourage such students Sri Vijay Vidyalaya Group of Institutions has planned to train students with Sports and Games, with expert trainees/coaches, in the respective discipline, free of cost in the early morning and evening, without hampering their regular scholastic activities.
