Admission applications must be submitted using the prescribed form by parents or legal guardians.
Guardians are responsible for the studentβs conduct, punctuality, attendance, academic progress, and fee payments.

Admissions (for Classes I to IX) are based on the performance in the Entrance Examination.

Students transferring from another school must submit a Transfer Certificate from the previous institution.
For withdrawals, a written request for a Transfer Certificate must be submitted to the Principal.
Transfer Certificates (TC) will be issued within a week from the date of the request submission.
A child seeking admission to LKG must have completed 3 years on or before 31st May.

Mid Term Assessments are conducted in July, November & February.
Term Assessments are conducted in September, December & March. Regular DRT, OBT, class tests, assignments, lab sessions and projects form a part of internal assessment.
Promotion to next classes is based on overall annual performance.
Retests are not encouraged if not for approved medical or genuine reasons.
Exam schedules and results are notified via the school tool Neverskip and circular.
Regular attendance is essential for academics, discipline and achievement.
Parents must inform the school before 9:30 a.m. in case of student absence for any unforeseen circumstances.
A written leave letter is compulsory for all kinds of absence.
A medical certificate is required for leave exceeding three days.
Leave during exams, reopening day, the last working day of each term or leave before holidays is not encouraged.
Prolonged unexplained absence may lead to cancellation of admission.
Promotion is based on the studentβs academic performance, attendance and overall conduct.
Passing minimum benchmarks in the annual exam is mandatory.
Satisfactory submission of classwork, homework, assignments and project work is expected from the students.
Minimum 85% attendance is the requirement to be eligible for promotion.
Decisions taken by the academic committee will be final and binding.
A student who fails in term I and term II exams will have to join the school hostel.

Students are expected to maintain decorum within and outside the school premises.
Respectful behaviour towards teachers and peers is a must.
Strict no-tolerance policy for bullying, misconduct or malpractice of any kind is in effect.
Damage to school property will lead to enquiry and suspension.
Use of mobile phones, gadgets, smart watches and fancy accessories is restricted.
Corporal punishment is strictly prohibited, positive discipline and counselling are followed.
Repeated offences may result in suspension or expulsion based on disciplinary review.

Students must wear the prescribed school uniform according to the given pattern on all working days.
Uniform must be clean, ironed and presentable.
Hair must be neatly cut and combed; no colouring or fancy styling of hair.
Nails must be trimmed; makeup, tattoos or nail paint are not allowed.
Gold ornaments other than simple studs for girls, is strictly prohibited.
Students without proper uniform will not be permitted to attend the class.
Parent cooperation is essential to student progress.
